At Trailzio, we want you to feel confident before committing to a subscription. That’s why we offer a free trial account so you can test our IPTV service. Please make sure to try it first—if you are not satisfied, we recommend not purchasing a long-term plan.
Once your order is processed, activation details will be sent to your email. Please note that activation requires registering your MAC address on our servers and consuming credits on our side.
Refund & Cancellation Rules
7-Day Subscriptions: These are final and cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded. Each activation is linked to your unique MAC address and is non-transferable.
Mistaken Purchases: If you selected the wrong plan (e.g., purchased 12 months instead of 3 months), please send us an email at support@trailzio.com or our WhatsApp with the subject line “Payment Error.” Our team will review it, and if approved, we will process a refund or adjust your plan.
Expired Accounts: Refund requests will not be accepted if your account has already expired (7 days or more).
Internet Speed / Device Issues: Refunds are not granted due to slow internet speed or inability to set up the service on your devices. Please consult our setup tutorials or reach out to our support team for guidance.
Long-Term Plans (3+ Months): We offer flexibility to transfer your subscription to another package if needed.
